There will be times when a market survey is required. A marketing may occur in conjunction with the renewal or at anytime throughout the policy year. If your incumbent carrier is not meeting your needs and a change in carrier is desired, we will facilitate all aspects of the transition from finalist presentations to training for your admin staff and employee communication sessions while ensuring that established timelines are met.

Administration Services

We review existing administrative processes for any shortfalls and when required develop new strategies to maximize efficiency and avoidance of employer liability. Through the knowledge we have gained working with our partners we are able to provide an initial level of assistance free of charge that will reduce the costs when the services of a third party will ultimately be required. For example, in conjunction with an employment lawyer and a disability management partner we have developed a draft sick leave policy that we can provide to the client reducing the need for input from a disability management provider.

We apply our experience and knowledge to examine your plan from all aspects – financial and funding arrangements, claim cost drivers, administration, benchmarking, employee communication and satisfaction.
